Friendswood’s private fitness, recovery, and longevity club — strength, recovery, the doctor, and nutrition, programmed as one practice. The floor is specified, not stocked. The coaches read labs.

Strength, recovery, longevity, and nutrition — programmed as one practice.
Reserve a day pass →Open-floor strength and conditioning. Specified, not stocked. Members and their guests, by appointment.
Coaches who read labs and program against them. Protocols, not diets. Two MetCon classes a week, included with membership.
Cryo, hyperbaric oxygen, infrared sauna, red light, pneumatic compression, float tank, PEMF. Programmed against your training week.
Programmed against your panel and your training cycle, not the calendar. The longevity work supervised by Dr. Swet Chaudhari, MD.
Panatta, Atlantis, and Watson under one roof. The names the strongest people in the world have already chosen.
Hands-on recovery, programmed against your training week. Booked separately or bundled with membership.
Memberships are by appointment. We’d rather walk you through the floor before you commit, so the practice sits well with your week.
Open access to the strength floor and the cardio bay. The starting point for members new to the practice.
Everything in Gold, plus the recovery modalities most facilities don’t carry. Sauna, cold plunge, red light, compression.
Platinum plus the modality stack — hyperbaric oxygen, float, PEMF, hydrogen, the rest of the recovery floor.
Diamond plus two MetCon classes a week, hormone & longevity coverage, and access to the cellular-health work supervised by Dr. Chaudhari.
The Wellness Elite Coach. A 24/7 concierge that knows your training, your recovery cadence, and your last lab read — reachable by SMS, on the kiosk in the lobby, and quietly threaded into the practice.
Atlas is not a chatbot. He is the named, single voice of the practice — the same on the floor, in your pocket, and on the touchscreen. Members ask Atlas to schedule recovery sessions, queue tomorrow’s workout, surface their last metabolic test, and read the room. The kiosk terminal in the lobby is one of the surfaces; SMS is another. The voice is one.
Panatta for the plate-loaded specialty work.
Atlantis for the strength-and-conditioning foundation.
Watson for racks, iron, and the pieces most rooms skip.
Biohacking the Human OS — the first long-form work from the practice. Strength, recovery, hormones, longevity, and the small disciplines that compound. Bound for the shelf where the serious books sit.
A small library of objects published under the WEF imprint and our quarterly, The Bioneer. Apparel, art prints, the book, and the magazine — each one made the way we’d want to be read in five years.
Strength, recovery, longevity, and nutrition are decided in the same room. We don’t hand the work from one silo to another — the coaches and the clinician read the same panel.
Hyperbaric oxygen, float tank, PEMF, hydrogen, red light, infrared, compression, cryo. Programmed against your training cycle, not stocked as amenities.
Personal training tied to a biomarker panel that a physician actually reads. Programmed protocols, reviewed by Dr. Chaudhari for the longevity work.
Panatta, Atlantis, and Watson under one roof. The signature equipment most independent facilities don’t bother with, because the catalog is cheaper.
Memberships are by appointment, group memberships are welcomed, and the room is sized for the kind of practice that knows your name. We’ll be here next month if now isn’t the right month.
Tell us a little about what you’re working on. Imani or one of the coaches will write back — the same week, from the practice, not a call center.
No marketing. A real reply.

The strength floor at Wellness Elite Fitness is specified from Panatta (Italy) for plate-loaded specialty machines, Atlantis (Canada) for the strength-and-conditioning foundation, and Watson (United Kingdom) for the iron and racks.
