A Member Benefit

Members get Atlas.

The Wellness Elite Coach. A 24/7 concierge that knows your training, your recovery cadence, and your last lab read — reachable by SMS, on the kiosk in the lobby, and quietly threaded into the practice.

Atlas is not a chatbot. He is the named, single voice of the practice — the same on the floor, in your pocket, and on the touchscreen. Members ask Atlas to schedule recovery sessions, queue tomorrow’s workout, surface their last metabolic test, and read the room. The kiosk terminal in the lobby is one of the surfaces; SMS is another. The voice is one.

  • · 24/7 by SMS
  • · Lobby kiosk terminal
  • · Reads your labs & training
  • · Programmed by the team
  • · Monthly program drops

Why Wellness Elite

Programmed as one practice.

  1. I.

    A comprehensive approach.

Strength, recovery, longevity, and nutrition are decided in the same room. We don’t hand the work from one silo to another — the coaches and the clinician read the same panel.

  2. II.

    Modalities most facilities don’t carry.

Hyperbaric oxygen, float tank, PEMF, hydrogen, red light, infrared, compression, cryo. Programmed against your training cycle, not stocked as amenities.

  3. III.

    Coaches who read labs.

Personal training tied to a biomarker panel that a physician actually reads. Programmed protocols, reviewed by Dr. Chaudhari for the longevity work.

  4. IV.

    A specified floor.

Panatta, Atlantis, and Watson under one roof. The signature equipment most independent facilities don’t bother with, because the catalog is cheaper.

  5. V.

    Built for small circles.

Memberships are by appointment, group memberships are welcomed, and the room is sized for the kind of practice that knows your name. We’ll be here next month if now isn’t the right month.

Frequently Asked

A few quiet answers.

What is Wellness Elite Fitness?

Wellness Elite Fitness is a private wellness practice in Friendswood, Texas. It combines a full-service strength-and-conditioning gym with a recovery-modality stack — cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen, infrared sauna, red light, compression, float tank, PEMF, and hydrogen — programmed as one practice. The longevity program is reviewed by Dr. Swet Chaudhari, MD. The facility opened in 2022 and is owned by Imani Lowery.

Where is Wellness Elite Fitness located?

Wellness Elite Fitness is located at 104 Whispering Pines Avenue, Friendswood, Texas 77546. The phone number is (832) 481–2922 and the email address is hello@mywellnesscorporation.com. The facility serves Friendswood, Pearland, League City, Webster, and the greater Houston metro.

How much does a Wellness Elite Fitness membership cost?

Membership pricing is shared at consultation. Wellness Elite Fitness offers four tiers — Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Diamond Plus — each adding more of the recovery and longevity stack. Group memberships of three or more receive 15% off all tiers. To see current pricing and walk the floor before committing, reserve a free day pass or call (832) 481–2922.

Who is the doctor at Wellness Elite Fitness?

Dr. Swet Chaudhari, MD, is Chief Medical Officer at Wellness Elite Fitness. He is Double Board-Certified in Internal Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine. Dr. Chaudhari reviews the longevity and cellular-health programs at WEF and runs an adjacent medical practice, Elite Aesthetic MD, for services that require a physician’s prescription pad. Wellness Elite Fitness itself is a wellness facility, not a medical provider.

What recovery services are offered?

Wellness Elite Fitness offers cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), infrared sauna, red light therapy, pneumatic compression, sensory-deprivation float tank, PEMF therapy, hydrogen therapy, NeuroMD therapy, sound and vibration therapy, chiropractic rehab, and massage and stretch therapy. Recovery modalities are programmed against members’ training cycles, not stocked as standalone amenities.

What gym equipment is on the floor?

The strength floor at Wellness Elite Fitness is specified from Panatta (Italy) for plate-loaded specialty machines, Atlantis (Canada) for the strength-and-conditioning foundation, and Watson (United Kingdom) for the iron and racks. These are independent-facility-grade brands that most chain gyms do not carry.

How does membership work?

Wellness Elite Fitness offers four membership tiers — Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Diamond Plus — each of which adds more of the recovery and longevity stack. Memberships are by appointment; the practice prefers to walk new members through the floor before they commit. Group memberships of three or more receive 15% off all tiers. For current pricing, schedule a consultation by phone at (832) 481–2922 or request a free day pass.

Does Wellness Elite Fitness offer a free day pass?

Yes. Wellness Elite Fitness offers a free day pass to the gym floor along with a VIP wellness tour for prospective members. Day-pass guests use the strength floor; recovery modalities (HBOT, cryotherapy, sauna, IV, etc.) are reserved for members. Reserve a day pass →

Does Wellness Elite Fitness offer GLP-1 medication?

No. Wellness Elite Fitness is a wellness facility and does not prescribe GLP-1 medications, hormone therapy, or other clinical services. Members interested in physician-supervised medical services are referred to Dr. Swet Chaudhari’s adjacent practice, Elite Aesthetic MD, which is a separate medical entity.

What is Atlas?

Atlas is the Wellness Elite Coach — a 24/7 concierge available to members by SMS and on the lobby kiosk terminal. Atlas reads members’ training history, recovery cadence, and lab panels, and helps members schedule recovery sessions, queue workouts, and surface metabolic-test results. Atlas is the named, single voice of the practice across SMS, kiosk, and the publication. Read about Atlas →

Is Wellness Elite Fitness a publication?

Wellness Elite Fitness publishes The Bioneer, a quarterly editorial magazine on longevity, performance, and the science of becoming better. The Bioneer is published four times per year (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter) and is available at thebioneermag.com.

Chief Medical Officer

The longevity program is reviewed by Dr. Swet Chaudhari, MD — Double Board-Certified, Internal & Lifestyle Medicine.

Coaches and clinician read the same labs. Training, recovery cadence, and protocols decided together — not handed across silos.
