What does the tour include?
A guided walk of the whole building — the strength floor anchored by Panatta, Atlantis, and Watson, the recovery suite (hyperbaric oxygen, cold plunge, infrared sauna, red light, float), the service rooms (massage therapy, recovery compression, sound lounge), and a sit-down for your questions. Allow about 45 minutes. The tour is complimentary, and walk-in tours are welcome 9 AM–5 PM.
How does the free day pass work?
The day pass is on the house for first-time visitors — a day on the strength floor, 9 AM–5 PM Monday through Friday, to train and get a feel for the room. Request it on this page or call (832) 481-2922. No card needed.
How much does membership cost?
Memberships are published and start at $65 a month. Full pricing is available at the club and reviewed on your tour — no obligation.
