- Contact information — name, email address, phone number, postal address.
- Membership information — account credentials, billing information, emergency contact.
- Health information — biomarker panels, body-composition scans, training history, member-portrait subjects (only with explicit consent and only as relevant to programs you have enrolled in).
- Communications — messages, form submissions, survey responses, and SMS replies you send to us.

- Standard web logs (IP address, user agent, referring URL, pages viewed, timestamps).
- Cookies and similar technologies used by our analytics, advertising, and member-portal platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Klaviyo). You may disable cookies in your browser; some features may not work properly without them.

SMS / mobile messaging terms.
Wellness Elite Fitness operates an opt-in SMS program for transactional and marketing messages. By providing a mobile number to Wellness Elite Fitness — through any form on this site, in person at the facility, or by replying to a message — you provide express written consent to receive SMS messages from Wellness Elite Fitness, including appointment reminders, member updates, billing notices, class scheduling, and occasional promotional offers.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies — typically 4–8 messages per month.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. After replying STOP you will receive one final confirmation message.

Mobile information sharing
We will never sell or share your mobile information for marketing or promotional purposes with third parties or affiliates. Your mobile number is used only to deliver the messages described above, and it is shared only with subprocessors (such as Twilio and Klaviyo) strictly for the purpose of delivering those messages on our behalf.
How we share information.
- Subprocessors. We share information with vendors that help us operate the practice (payment processors, scheduling and member-management software, email and SMS delivery providers, analytics, secure cloud storage). These vendors are contractually bound to use the information only to provide services to WEF and to maintain appropriate security.
- Legal compliance. We may disclose information in response to valid legal process, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of WEF, our members, or others.
- Business transfers. If WEF is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may transfer as part of that transaction.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations.
