A physician-advised wellness center programmed for Houston-south employers — cellular health, recovery, executive physicals, and group memberships, scoped to the company. Discovery is a conversation, not a brochure download.
Wellness Elite Fitness is the only physician-advised wellness facility in Houston-south that integrates strength training, recovery (HBOT, cryo, cold plunge, infrared sauna, red light, IV, PEMF, compression, float, sound + vibration, hydrogen, NeuroMD), executive metabolic testing (DEXA + VO₂ / RMR), and named-clinical-authority cellular health under one roof. For an employer, that integration is the offer — the recovery is sequenced against the strength block, the cellular consult is sequenced against the panel, the entire stack is read by a coaching bench that is accountable to the same physician.
Every corporate program is custom-scoped. Pricing, headcount thresholds, and on-site components are determined by the employer's structure and headcount. The conversation begins with John Uresti.
Annual bundles for senior leadership: comprehensive lab panel signed by Dr. Chaudhari, DEXA + VO₂ / RMR, cellular health consult with Dana Kantara, recovery suite access, and quarterly recheck. Designed for the C-suite member whose performance is the asset.
Employer-sponsored memberships at preferred rates, with a defined benefit schedule, group enrollment, and unified billing. Three or more enrolling together unlock a 15% group rate — held while all are active.
Quarterly or monthly biohacking days, recovery-suite team weeks, leadership offsites, and event programming. WEF coaches and recovery staff travel to the employer; or the employer travels to WEF for a programmed half-day.
Lab-driven prevention programs designed by Dana Kantara (ex-Baylor). The employer enrolls a cohort; Dana reads the panels; the protocol adjusts each block. Suited for high-performance teams, leadership development tracks, and longevity-focused executive groups.
John owns the corporate pipeline. He scopes the program, drafts the proposal, handles the contracting, and is the named point of contact through the engagement. Inquiries reach him directly.
The clinical authority sits with Dr. Swet Chaudhari, MD, board-certified plastic surgeon and Chief Medical Officer. The cellular health work is led by Dana Kantara, formerly clinical prevention director at Baylor College of Medicine. The strength and conditioning floor is run by Imani Lowery, founder, and a small, hand-picked coaching bench.
Most corporate wellness programs are gym reimbursements. The employee gets a discounted membership at a generic gym, uses it for six weeks, lapses, and the line item becomes a tax footnote. WEF is the inverse architecture: a single integrated facility where the modalities, the coaching, the labs, and the recovery are programmed as one practice, with a named physician, a named clinical prevention specialist, and a named coaching bench. Members compound. The employer's investment shows up in attendance, in sleep scores, in DEXA changes, in cardiovascular markers — not in unused subsidy lines.
An audit of à la carte pricing for HBOT, cryo, IV, sauna, red light, DEXA, MetCon, massage, stretch, and the recovery suite within twenty miles of Friendswood. The employer's investment compounds across the practice rather than fragmenting across vendors. Detailed economic analysis on file with John.
104 Whispering Pines Avenue, Friendswood, Texas. Twelve to twenty-five minutes from Pearland, League City, Webster, Clear Lake, NASA / Johnson Space Center, Bay Area Boulevard, and the southern edge of the Texas Medical Center commute. We design programs around the commute — corporate cohorts that come in waves, on-site days that move to the employer, and quarterly events at the facility.
Three or more members enrolling together unlock the WEF group rate (15% off the tier). Custom programs — executive bundles, on-site activations, cohorts — are scoped to fit teams as small as four executives or as large as a workforce. John works the discovery conversation around what the employer is actually trying to accomplish.
WEF does not publish corporate pricing on the website. Programs are scoped after a discovery call with John; pricing reflects headcount, program shape, on-site components, and term. Proposal turnaround is typically 5–7 business days. Group memberships off the standard tier ladder receive a published 15% group discount.
Many WEF services may be HSA / FSA eligible with physician guidance — eligibility varies by plan, employer contract, and the specific service. We assist employers and members with documentation. WEF is a wellness center, not a medical provider; insurance reimbursement is not part of the corporate model.
Yes. On-site days are part of the standard corporate menu — biohacking days, recovery-suite weeks, executive offsites, leadership workshops. Headcount, distance, and modality mix determine logistics. Some modalities (HBOT, cryo, large equipment) are facility-only; many recovery and assessment modalities travel.
Dr. Swet Chaudhari, WEF's Chief Medical Officer, owns Elite Aesthetic MD — the adjacent licensed medical practice. EAMD is the medical referral path for clinical services that WEF, as a wellness center, does not deliver (GLP-1 medical management, hormone optimization, clinical IV protocols). The two practices coordinate; corporate programs that need a clinical-medical layer flow through EAMD with WEF coordinating intake.
Two weeks for a focused executive bundle, four to six weeks for a workforce group membership program, six to ten weeks for a full cellular health cohort. John builds the timeline into the proposal.
Inquiries route to John Uresti directly — uresti.john@gmail.com. The front desk — (832) 481-2922 — can also route a corporate inquiry. A discovery call is thirty minutes; the proposal that follows is shaped around what the company is actually trying to accomplish.
