For Personal Trainers

Keep what you bring. We split what we send.

Not just a gym. A daily retreat.

Wellness Elite Fitness is a social wellness club in Friendswood, Texas. We are recruiting personal trainers — and the math is unusual on purpose.

Coaching opportunities at WEF

The terms.

Most commercial gyms take 50–70% of every session you run, charge you a monthly rental fee, and bind you with a non-compete. We do the inverse. The premise is simple: we want trainers who can build their own book — and we'll add to it.

50%

On house leads.

When a member walks in through our marketing — Meta ads, Google, kiosk, front desk — and trains with you, we split 50/50.

100%

On your book.

Clients you bring — long-time clients, referrals, your own DM funnel — stay 100% yours. We don't take a cut on names we didn't generate.

$0

Rental fees.

You don't pay to use the floor, the equipment, or the recovery suite. Run sessions, run programs, run blocks — no rent meter.

How that compares.

If your current arrangement looks like the left column, we should talk.

Who we're looking for.

Personal trainers with a meaningful book of business who are paying their gym to use it. NSCA-, NCSF-, ACE-, ACSM-, NASM-certified. Strength bias, recovery literate, comfortable around bloodwork and DEXA results. Quiet, technical, willing to read a panel before they program.

This is a 1099 partnership-style arrangement. Schedule is yours. Sessions are 60 minutes. WEF members are by appointment. We expect coaches to handle their own retention — and we make that easier by giving you a facility your clients want to come to.

Specialty contractors

This page is for personal trainers specifically. Behavioral health (Najla Crawford, LPC), cellular health (Dana Kantara), and nutrition operate under separate arrangements — different specialties, different economics. We're not actively recruiting in those lanes right now.

If your math doesn't add up right now, we should talk.

We'll buy you a coffee. Twenty minutes. No pitch deck.
