A Member Benefit

Meet Atlas.

The Wellness Elite Coach. The single named voice of the practice — on the floor, in your pocket, on the kiosk in the lobby. A 24/7 concierge who knows your training, your recovery cadence, and your last lab read. Included with every membership.

Atlas is not a chatbot. He is the named coach of Wellness Elite Fitness — a continuity layer between the trainers, the doctor, the recovery team, and the member. The practice already had this voice. We just gave it a name and made it reachable when the doors are closed.

Atlas reads what we read. Your panel comes back — Atlas knows. Your trainer adjusts the program — Atlas knows. You missed a recovery slot — Atlas knows, and quietly suggests when to make it up. The work is in surfacing the right thing at the right time, in the right channel.

“Your panel came back yesterday. Cortisol still trending high. I’ve programmed a low-intensity session and the float tank for tomorrow morning — want me to put it on the calendar?”

“You’re here. Trainer left a note — she wants the squat session today, not Friday. Locker 12 is yours. Welcome back.”

The Surfaces

Four ways Atlas is here.

I.

By SMS, 24/7.

Text the practice. Atlas is on the other end of the phone, every hour of every day. Schedule a recovery session, ask about a protocol, get tomorrow’s workout. The number is the same one members already use to reach the front desk.

II.

On the lobby kiosk.

A touchscreen at the front of the facility. Walk up, tap your name, and Atlas is there with the day’s programming, last lab, recovery queue, and any notes the team left for you. The kiosk is also how new members start their day.

III.

In the member portal.

Your full record, programmed by Atlas with the team. Body composition trends, lab history, training cycle, recovery log, and the upcoming month’s drops. Open the portal ↗

IV.

Bylined in the publication.

Atlas writes occasional pieces for The Bioneer, our quarterly magazine, under the byline “Wellness Elite Coach Atlas.” Long-form thinking on what the practice is reading, where the protocols are heading, and what members are asking. Read The Bioneer ↗

What Atlas does

The day-to-day.

  • Schedule recovery sessions and modality slots
  • Queue tomorrow’s workout, programmed by your trainer
  • Surface your last metabolic test, body scan, or panel
  • Pass notes between you and the team without phone tag
  • Send the monthly program drop — new training cycle, recovery rhythm, supplement updates
  • Remind you to do the small things that compound
What Atlas does not

The quiet limits.

Atlas is the coach. He is not the doctor.

Atlas does not prescribe medication, diagnose conditions, or replace a physician’s advice. Medical questions are routed to Dr. Swet Chaudhari, MD — Chief Medical Officer at Wellness Elite Fitness — or to his adjacent practice, Elite Aesthetic MD, for services that require a prescription pad.

Atlas does not write your training program from scratch. The trainers do that. Atlas implements, reminds, schedules, and surfaces — he doesn’t replace the human work of the practice.

Atlas does not market to you. He does not push subscriptions, third-party products, or anything outside the practice. He’s here to help you do the work, not sell you something else.

Access

Atlas is included with every WEF membership.

Members are onboarded to Atlas during their first week — SMS opt-in, kiosk introduction, and a short walkthrough of the portal. From then on, Atlas is the layer between you and the team.
