The full practice, programmed around your body.
Strength, recovery, nutrition, and physician-advised longevity are not separate appointments here. Imani’s team builds the plan. Dr. Chaudhari anchors the longevity read.
Most facilities sell a single modality and call it wellness. We program the full practice as one — the strength session, the recovery slot, the panel, the meal — because that is how the body actually responds. Atlas, our member concierge, holds the thread between them.
Strength.
The floor — specified from Panatta, Atlantis, and Watson. Programmed by the team. Quiet, uncrowded, by appointment.
Personal Training
One-on-one sessions on the practice floor with a WEF coach. Programmed against your last panel, your last body comp, and the cycle you are currently in. Member benefit; sold only to members.
MetCon Group
Twice-weekly conditioning class included with every membership. Coach-led, capped enrollment, programmed to complement — not duplicate — your training cycle.
Open Floor
Self-directed access to the full practice floor for members training independently. Atlas surfaces the day’s programming on the lobby kiosk; the team is on-floor and on-call.
Most of these modalities are also delivered inside the Executive Wellness Corporate Program for leadership teams.
Recovery.
Five modalities under one roof. Sequenced into the program; not bolted on after.
Hyperbaric Oxygen
Pressurized oxygen sessions for soft-tissue recovery, cognitive clarity, and post-training rebuild. Atlas schedules around your training cycle.
Whole-Body Cryo
Three-minute sub-zero exposure for inflammation, recovery, and parasympathetic tone. Walk-in availability for members.
Infrared Sauna
Long-wave infrared sessions for circulation, perspiration, and the slow-down the practice programs after intense training weeks.
Float Therapy
Sensory-attenuated magnesium float — sixty minutes of nervous-system reset, recommended in cycles where cortisol is trending high.
Therapeutic Massage
Sports and deep-tissue work with our licensed massage therapists. Programmed against training load, not booked at random.
IV Hydration
Hydration and nutrient drip protocols administered by licensed staff. Reviewed against your panel before any sequence is recommended.
Longevity.
Diagnostics first. Prescription-based care, when called for, is referred to Dr. Chaudhari’s separate practice, Elite Aesthetic MD. The WEF longevity program is
Body Composition
Quarterly InBody and circumference reads tracked in the member portal. Trend lines, not single-day snapshots; the work is in the slope.
VO₂ Max + RMR
Direct metabolic testing on the CardioCoach by Korr Medical — the same indirect-calorimetry method used in research labs for VO₂ max and resting metabolic rate. Diamond members receive complimentary quarterly testing; results route into the panel review and the training block. Read the full protocol →
The Executive Panel
Forty-nine markers. Reference + optimal ranges, published. Read the 49 markers →
Nutrition & counsel.
The food, the mind, the metabolic outcome — threaded through the rest of the practice rather than sold as a separate course.
Behavioral Wellness
Secular counseling with Najla Crawford, LPC — Director of Practice — Behavioral Wellness. Cognitive, person-centered, and trauma-informed modalities. Bundled into the Diamond Plus tier.
Nutrition Coaching
Practice-led plans grounded in your metabolic test and the goals you walked in with. Reviewed quarterly; rewritten when your training cycle changes.
Metabolic Reset
The reset is a member outcome, not a packaged program. Strength, recovery, diagnostics, and nutrition working together produce it; the path begins with a consult and a tour.
Every modality, one click away.
Begin with a consult and a tour.
Every modality on this page is part of one practice. The consult tells us where to start; the tour tells you whether we are designed for you.
How it works.
