Personal Training WEF MMXXVI
Private Personal Training · Friendswood · Houston South Exec Corridor

Personal training in Friendswood, TX.

For the executive who treats the body like a portfolio. A private alternative to chain athletic clubs — ten named coaches, the named clinical bench, the recovery suite — programming strength, recovery, and longevity against the panel Dr. Chaudhari guides and the labs Dana reads. One roof, by appointment, member-only. The destination practice for the Houston south exec corridor: Friendswood, Clear Lake, Pearland, League City, Webster, Bay Oaks, and the NASA / JSC belt.

Thirty minutes · coffee in the lobby · tier pricing shared in person · zero pressure to decide that day.

Who programs against your panel

A trainer reads what your physician wrote. In the same building.

The named clinical chain behind every block on the floor. Four practitioners, one practice, one member at a time.

A note from the founder
Imani Lowery
Founder, Wellness Elite Fitness

Why a bench, not a single coach.

For most of my career I trained members one-on-one. I still do, most weekdays. But the practice outgrew what one coach can hold honestly. A member’s body changes through a quarter — what worked in March is the wrong block in June. A return from injury, a postpartum rebuild, a power phase, an aesthetic phase, an athletic-carryover window — the coach who is right for you in one of those is not always the coach who is right for you in the next.

That is why I built a bench instead of training every member myself. Ten coaches on the floor, each programming distinct work, each reading the panel Dana surfaces and the recovery the suite holds. When the block changes, the right coach is already on the bench.

A trainer-led studio sells you one coach who trains everyone the same way. A bench sells you a practice that follows your body across the year. The price of that — ten coaches instead of betting on one — is real. The value to the member is the only honest version of what coaching is supposed to be.

The point

Your trainer reads what your physician wrote.
Your physician reads what your trainer measured.

How we train

Programmed against your biology.

Personal training at Wellness Elite Fitness is the strength side of an integrated practice. Coaches read your cellular health panel from Dana Kantara, your DEXA scan from a partnering body-comp clinic, and the recovery markers from the wearable you already use — then program against what the data says, not against what a template would suggest. The block adjusts every quarter on actual numbers.

Sessions are 60 minutes on a Panatta + Atlantis + Watson floor. Coaches sequence work against your training week so the recovery gym in Friendswood, the panel review, and the strength block stack rather than fight each other. Membership includes the strength floor and MetCon classes 2x/week; PT packages layer on top for members who want the 1:1 layer.

The bench

Hand-picked, by design.

A small bench, hand-picked, accountable to the physician who reads your results. Photo headshots and full bios are added as each coach finalizes their public listing.

Imani Lowery

Founder · Owner · Head Trainer

Imani founded Wellness Elite Fitness in 2019 to build a wellness facility that programmed strength, recovery, longevity, and nutrition as one practice — not as separate hobbies sold by separate vendors.

Two decades of training experience. On the floor most weekdays, writing the protocols, and meeting every new member at their first consult. New members get walked through by Imani directly.

Powerlifting roots. The technique pass comes before the load every block, every cycle, no exceptions. Setup, brace, bar path, bar speed — then weight on the bar.

Personal Trainer

The member coming back from injury, burnout, or post-surgical work. Reps held below ceiling; volume built across months, not weeks. The recovery suite reads the work, not the other way around.

Member-only by design

Why membership first.

Personal Training at Wellness Elite Fitness is sold only to members. The reason is structural: PT works when the coach is reading your panel, your DEXA, your recovery markers, and your last block — and that signal compounds across months, not sessions. Walk-in PT can not do that. Membership unlocks PT package add-ons, MetCon classes 2x/week at no additional cost, and the rest of the practice that makes the strength block actually compound.

What's included with membership

The floor and the practice.

PT packages can be bundled across a leadership team via the Executive Wellness Corporate Program.

And what’s not on the ledger

What separates a bench from a staff list.

The value a trainer-led studio cannot deliver no matter how good the coach is.

The clinical chain

Your trainer reads what your physician wrote.

A marker drifts. Dana flags it. Dr. Chaudhari confirms. Imani re-blocks the week. The coach you sit with on Wednesday already knows. No phone tag, no fax, no chasing a portal — one practice, one floor, one read.

The right coach for the block

Ten coaches. One member. One quarter at a time.

A power phase is not a postpartum rebuild. An athletic-return block is not a hypertrophy phase. When the block changes, the right coach is already on the bench — not waiting for the wrong studio to refer you out.

Atlas concierge

A coach in your phone at hours the studio is closed.

Twenty-four-hour SMS line to a programmed coach. The Sunday-night question about Monday’s session, the Tuesday tweak on a back twinge, the protocol adjustment on the drive home from a stress week. Not available elsewhere in the 20-mile radius.

The room itself

183 verified Google reviews. 4.9 stars.

The community is the modality you cannot walk in and buy. The members who became members here mostly stayed — the strongest signal a wellness practice can give.
