The consult.
A thirty-minute conversation with our intake lead. Your goals, your training history, the question you walked in with. No selling - we’re finding fit. (Member intake forms available before your first visit.)
The tour.
We walk the floor together. You see the equipment, the recovery rooms, the lobby kiosk. You meet whoever’s on the floor that day.
The enrollment.
Tier selected, paperwork signed at the front desk. Lobby tier sheet on hand. We schedule your first body composition and your first session before you leave.
Onboard with Atlas.
SMS opt-in, kiosk introduction, member portal walkthrough. Atlas - our named coach - takes it from there. The Elite Metabolic Reset Guidebook is sent to you that week.

- Do you publish prices on the website?
- Memberships start at $65/month on the 12-month Gold plan. Full tier rates are fixed and printed on the lobby tier sheet — the same rate for everyone, no quote funnel. Gold covers the strength floor; Platinum adds core recovery; Diamond unlocks the full modality stack; Diamond Plus is the flagship — behavioral wellness with Najla Crawford LPC and weekly massage included. - Is personal training included?
- Personal training is sold only to active members. Platinum and higher tiers include preferred PT packaging; Gold members may add PT after consult. MetCon group conditioning is included with every tier, twice weekly.
- How does the group discount work?
- When three or more members enroll together — household, partners, or a small team — each receives a fifteen percent reduction on the standard rate of their tier. The discount holds as long as all members in the group remain active.
- Can I bring a guest?
- Members receive three guest day passes per year. Day passes are gym-floor only — they do not include recovery modalities, IV hydration, or the longevity program. Non-members may request one personal day pass to walk the floor before enrolling.
