The national longevity-clinic playbook centers diagnostics in an exam-room model: visit, test, leave with a protocol. WEF was built as the gym-shape answer to the same brief. Strength training is the load-bearing intervention — the input that moves muscle mass, bone density, glucose control, mitochondrial function, and resting metabolic rate at the same time. The diagnostics, the recovery suite, and on-site access to Elite Aesthetic MD are organized around the floor where you actually train.
The Friendswood floor runs Panatta plate-loaded from Italy, Atlantis selectorized from Canada, and Watson specialty bars and racks from the United Kingdom. The diagnostic room sits in the same building. The recovery suite carries dry sauna, infrared sauna, cold plunge, hyperbaric oxygen, red light, float, PEMF, hydrogen, salt cabin, and IV therapy. Dr. Swet Chaudhari, MD — Double Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon (American Board of Plastic Surgery + American Board of Surgery) — is the Medical Director of Elite Aesthetic MD, his independent medical practice located inside the WEF building. Members who want clinical consultation, aesthetic treatments, or medical services engage Elite Aesthetic MD directly. WEF's training and programming are delivered by WEF's licensed personal trainers; Elite Aesthetic MD operates as a separate practice.
