The Adjacent Practice · Elite Aesthetic MD

The medical practice adjacent.

Owned & directed by Dr. Swet Chaudhari, MD · Double Board-Certified · American Board of Plastic Surgery · American Board of Surgery

Wellness Elite Fitness is a wellness facility. Elite Aesthetic MD is the adjacent licensed medical practice. The two are deliberately structured so members can move between them seamlessly — while each entity stays inside its own scope.

The structure

Two practices, one continuum.

Texas regulates the practice of medicine. A non-licensed wellness LLC cannot directly own clinical-medical services. Wellness Elite Fitness is the wellness practice — a Texas LLC focused on training, recovery, behavioral wellness, and longevity coordination. Elite Aesthetic MD is the separately licensed medical practice — owned and directed by Dr. Swet Chaudhari, MD — where any service that requires a prescription pad, a clinical license, or a medical-billing relationship is delivered.

The structure is deliberate. It is the same MSO/PC pattern used by every legitimate physician-adjacent wellness operation in Texas. What members experience is a single integrated continuum: a panel ordered through WEF, drawn at WEF, signed by Dr. Chaudhari through Elite Aesthetic MD, returned through the WEF concierge with the next training block already adjusted. What the legal and regulatory structure shows is two clean entities, each operating within its own scope.

The principle

Wellness coordinates. Medicine prescribes.

WEF is not a medical provider. Elite Aesthetic MD is. The boundary between the two is held precisely — by the law, by the brand, and by the way members move between the practices.

What Elite Aesthetic MD delivers

Medical services routed through the licensed practice.

  1. GLP-1 management. Semaglutide and tirzepatide protocols with proper clinical screening, titration, lab cadence, and physician oversight. Muscle-preservation pairing with WEF training is coordinated through the WEF concierge.
  2. Hormone optimization. Testosterone, estrogen, thyroid, and adrenal protocols when clinical indication supports them. Quarterly panel review with Dr. Chaudhari.
  3. Peptide protocols. Prescription-based peptide therapy (BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu, and others where clinically indicated and legally compounded).
  4. Prescription weight protocols. Beyond GLP-1, including metformin, naltrexone-bupropion, and bariatric-adjacent pharmacology when clinical fit warrants.
  5. Intravenous nutrient protocols (clinical). IV nutrient therapy delivered as a clinical service with prescription oversight, distinct from the wellness-grade IV menu accessible at WEF.
  6. Biomarker panels with physician sign-off. Comprehensive blood work, cellular function panels, and longevity-track assessments — ordered, signed, and reviewed by Dr. Chaudhari through the licensed medical practice.
  7. Physician-supervised hyperbaric oxygen. Higher-dose hyperbaric protocols where clinical indication supports them, delivered with appropriate medical oversight.
  8. Aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Chaudhari's primary surgical practice — board-certified plastic and general surgery work — is delivered through Elite Aesthetic MD.

The practitioner

Dr. Swet Chaudhari, MD.

Dr. Chaudhari is owner and Medical Director of Elite Aesthetic MD and Chief Medical Officer of Wellness Elite Fitness. Board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery — a dual board certification held by a small minority of practicing physicians — with over fifteen years of clinical and surgical experience. The dual practice structure reflects how he chose to deliver care: a wellness facility for the recovery, training, and prevention work, and a separately licensed medical practice for everything that requires a prescription pad.

How members route

The hand-off, specifically.

For an existing WEF member: anything clinical-medical begins with a conversation at the front desk or with Dana Kantara, our cellular health expert. The consult is coordinated through the WEF concierge; the clinical engagement itself happens through Elite Aesthetic MD with Dr. Chaudhari. Results return to the WEF practice for training and recovery integration.

For a new patient who does not yet have a WEF membership: Elite Aesthetic MD accepts patients directly through eliteaestheticmd.net. WEF membership is not required to engage the medical practice.

For a Diamond Plus member on the longevity track: periodic panel review with Dr. Chaudhari is built into the membership cadence; the routing is handled silently by the WEF concierge.

Why are WEF and Elite Aesthetic MD structured as two practices?

Texas regulates the practice of medicine. A non-licensed wellness LLC cannot directly own clinical-medical services.
