The Reset Cohort.
Twelve weeks. Six people. One container — the work is yours to name. A closed-group behavioral container led by Najla Crawford, LPC at Wellness Elite Fitness in Friendswood, TX. Waitlist for the next cohort opening.
The Reset Cohort is a twelve-week closed-group behavioral container led by Najla Crawford, LPC at Wellness Elite Fitness in Friendswood, TX. Six members at a time. Three tracks open at a time — Stress Reset, Food Reset, Weight Reset. Weekly seventy-five-minute group session with Najla, plus biweekly one-on-ones, integrated with Oura HRV data, the biomarker panel, and the rest of the WEF longevity practice. The next cohort window is being scoped — the waitlist gets first notice.
The frame
The container is the practice.
Najla works with people who run things. The vocabulary is operator-native. The work is not more discipline — the work is reducing the inputs that own your attention, and building the behavioral architecture that holds when the standard surface has stopped taking.
The Reset Cohort pulls structural lineage from three traditions and integrates them into one container. The weekly cadence + small-group container + behavior-change vocabulary that group weight-loss programs of the 1980s and 1990s proved out at scale. The closed-cohort behavioral-change format that has reemerged in longevity and operator-class programs in the last few years. And the licensed clinical behavioral work — CBT-informed, trauma-informed — that gives the container the assessment, intervention, and scope discipline the legacy programs never had.
The tracks
Three reads of the same work.
Stress Reset
Nervous-system regulation, state-shifting, sleep, executive cognitive load. For the operator whose body has stopped switching off.
Stress page →Food Reset
Post-GLP-1 behavioral support, food-noise-quiet but eating-at-11pm patterns, the behavioral substrate the medication did not address.
Food page →Weight Reset
Behavioral weight loss psychology integrated with the strength floor, DEXA, panel, and recovery cycle. The behavioral layer most weight-loss protocols skip.
Weight page →The format
Twelve weeks. Six people. One container.
Each cohort opens three tracks (Stress, Food, Weight). Members can run as a single-track cohort or a mixed cohort with track-specific one-on-one work. The weekly seventy-five-minute group is the structural anchor. Six one-on-ones across the twelve weeks (alternating with group sessions) handle the individual-loop work. The cohort is read against the member's Oura HRV trend, the biomarker panel reviewed with Dana Kantara, and the training and recovery cycle on the WEF floor.
Who it's for
Who fits the container.
The Reset Cohort is built for high-functioning members. Professionals, leaders, household principals — people who can describe the loop they are stuck in but have not been able to interrupt it from the inside. Members who have done the program, the app, the diet, the medication, and the year with the trainer, and find themselves in a rebound, a plateau, or a pattern that survived everything they have already tried.
The cohort is not the right format for everyone. Acute psychiatric crisis, active eating disorders requiring intensive outpatient or residential care, and active substance use treatment are out of scope and refer out to specialized providers. The first conversation is a scoping consult with Najla to confirm fit before any commitment is made.
How it integrates
Cellular. Behavioral. Clinical.
The cohort sits inside the broader Wellness Elite Fitness practice. Dana Kantara reads the biomarker panel. Najla reads the behavioral and cognitive landscape and leads the cohort. Dr. Swet Chaudhari, MD signs the labs and prescribes through Elite Aesthetic MD when the picture goes clinical. The three layers — cellular, behavioral, medical — are run distinctly by license and by scope, and coordinated by design.
The next cohort window is being scoped.
The Reset Cohort runs by enrollment window. The next window is being set; the waitlist gets first notice when the schedule is confirmed. Joining the waitlist is at no charge and creates no commitment to enroll. Pricing and dates are confirmed at the scoping consult.
Start by booking a scoping consult with Najla, or send an interest note through the practice. Either path holds your seat in the waitlist queue.

Frequently asked.
How does the waitlist work?
Members and prospective members can register interest for the next cohort window. When the next cohort is scoped, the waitlist is contacted first. There is no charge to join the waitlist and no obligation to enroll. Pricing and specific dates are set at the scoping consult.
Is The Reset Cohort available right now?
Cohorts run by enrollment window. The next window is being scoped. Join the waitlist for first notice when the schedule is confirmed. In the meantime, one-on-one behavioral wellness sessions with Najla are available on a standing cadence.
Who leads the cohort?
Najla Crawford, LPC — Director of Practice for Behavioral Wellness at Wellness Elite Fitness, Texas-Licensed Professional Counselor. The cohort is led by Najla; the work is read against Dana Kantara’s biomarker panel and Dr. Swet Chaudhari, MD when the picture goes clinical.
What is the cost?
Pricing is set at the next-cohort scoping. The cohort is bundled into the Diamond Plus longevity track for current members and available as a standalone engagement at other tiers. Specific pricing is confirmed at the scoping consult before any enrollment commitment.
Is the cohort right for everyone?
No. The Reset Cohort is built for high-functioning members whose stress, food behavior, or weight landscape is the leading work, and who fit the closed-group container format. Acute psychiatric crisis, active eating disorders requiring intensive outpatient or residential care, and active substance use treatment are out of scope and refer out to specialized providers.
How is this different from group therapy?
The Reset Cohort is led by a Licensed Professional Counselor and follows behavioral-counseling scope under Najla’s LPC license. The format is closed-group structured behavioral work rather than open-ended process group. The container is integrated with the cellular and clinical layers of the WEF practice rather than running as an isolated talk-therapy circle.
