Billy’s rooms run with the recovery suite in mind. The strength block is programmed against the cold plunge, the sauna, the HBOT chamber and the IV schedule on the same calendar — not because every modality fires every week, but because the timing decides whether the next block compounds or stalls.
His members tend to be the ones doing high-load weeks who’ve learned the hard way that lifting harder without recovering smarter is the cap. The work is the integration.
