What we’ll cover

Thirty minutes, clearly spent.

Sessions run thirty minutes and can be in person at 104 Whispering Pines or by phone if you’d rather start there. Bring whatever questions are loudest. We’ll cover four things, in order.

  • I.
    Your goals. What you’re actually working on — in your words, not ours. The labs you’ve run, the protocols you’ve tried, the place you’re trying to get to.
  • II.
    The protocol that fits. Where strength, recovery, longevity, and nutrition would sit in your week — and which order makes sense for where you are now.
  • III.
    The room. A walk of the strength floor and the recovery suite if you’re here in person; a clear picture of it if you’re on the phone.
  • IV.
    The pricing fit. Which membership tier — if any — matches the protocol we’ve framed. Real numbers, no soft pitch.
What we won’t do

Three things, off the table.

    Sell you something. The session is the session. If a tier doesn’t fit, we’ll say so — out loud — and point you to what does.

    Push a tier you don’t want. We’d rather you join the right tier later than the wrong tier now. The math compounds either way.

    Waste your time. Thirty minutes means thirty minutes. If we’re done in twenty, you get the twenty back.
