Four data points, one physician, one practice. The starting frame for everything we program — strength, recovery, nutrition, longevity — over the year that follows.
"You can't program what you haven't measured."
The Wellness Baseline is the entry point into the Wellness Elite Fitness practice. It captures four data points — DEXA body composition, comprehensive bloodwork, VO₂ max, and resting metabolic rate. The data is reviewed by Dr. Swet Chaudhari, MD, and becomes the frame your coach programs against for the year that follows.
It is built for members who want their training, recovery, and nutrition decisions anchored in their actual physiology — not in a generic plan their gym handed them at orientation.
Captured once at baseline. Re-tested quarterly. Reviewed by Dr. Chaudhari.
Body composition by region. Lean mass, fat mass, bone density, visceral fat. The picture beneath the scale.
Comprehensive panel — metabolic, hormonal, inflammatory, micronutrient. Reviewed by Dr. Chaudhari before programming begins.
Cardiorespiratory fitness. The single most predictive longevity marker outside of bloodwork.
Resting metabolic rate. The floor your nutrition is built around.

Dr. Chaudhari is Double Board-Certified in Internal Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine. He reviews each member's Baseline panel before programming is set, and re-reviews at quarterly intervals.
Clinical care — prescriptions, hormone therapy, IV protocols, diagnosis — happens through his separate medical practice, Elite Aesthetic MD. Wellness Elite Fitness is a wellness facility, not a medical practice. The relationship is by design: your wellness practice and your physician operate as one continuity, not as two strangers.
Your coach programs from the data. Strength load, recovery cadence, nutrition targets, and longevity-suite usage are set against your actual baseline — not against a generic profile.
Atlas, our concierge, becomes the connective tissue. Atlas reads your panel, surfaces results when they're due, schedules re-tests, and routes any clinical question to Dr. Chaudhari without you having to ask twice.
Re-test cadence is quarterly for body composition and metabolic markers, annually for full bloodwork unless something changes. The arc is intentional: small adjustments compounded across a year.
Wellness Elite Fitness accepts referrals from primary care physicians, med spas, chiropractors, executive concierge providers, and behavioral health practitioners across the Friendswood, Pearland, League City, and Houston metro.
Bloodwork results return to the referring provider with the patient's consent. The Baseline supplements your care; it does not replace it. Members continue to see their own physicians for clinical decisions.
