Who decided this is the right stack

The practice has authors.

A stack costed at $2,607 means nothing without a named line of judgment behind it. The judgment lives here.

Imani Lowery, Founder
A note from the founder
Imani Lowery
Founder, Wellness Elite Fitness

Why this stack, in this order, under one roof.

Before I opened this practice, the members who became members here were doing what most high-output people in Houston are still doing. A gym near the office. A cold plunge studio fifteen minutes the other direction. A wellness clinic where the IV bag was actually pretty good. A practitioner in the medical district for the panel. A massage chain when the back finally gave out. Five addresses, five intakes, five different people who didn’t know each other.

The math of that is what you’ll see on the next scroll. But the math isn’t why I built this. I built this because at five addresses, no one is reading the panel against the training, no one is sequencing the recovery against the stress week, no one is holding the room when the cognitive layer is what’s actually under-resourced. The stack stays in pieces, and the member stays tired.

The practice exists so that doesn’t happen. Dr. Chaudhari reads the panel. Dana writes the protocol. Najla holds the cognitive room. I program the floor against all three. The Atlas line stays open to a real coach at hours the rest of your week doesn’t. The cost of doing all of that elsewhere, in pieces, is real and we put it on the page in dollars. The cost of not doing it elsewhere — the one that doesn’t show up on a credit card statement — is the one I’d weigh first.

The point

The membership is not a discount on modalities.
It is a posture toward the next ten years of your body.

A reasonable month · the stack a member actually uses

The bill for assembling this elsewhere.

A member who books reasonably across a month — four chambers, four cold plunges, eight sauna sessions, four red-light blocks, one IV, the quarterly body-composition scan, four compression rounds, a float, a massage, a stretch session, eight programmed conditioning classes — would pay, at the walk-in rates publicly listed by twenty-mile competitors:

HBOT × 4 @ $275$1,100 Cryo × 4 @ $45$180 Sauna × 8 @ $39$312 Red light × 4 @ $35$140 IV hydration × 1 @ $149$149 DEXA quarterly · amortized$43 Compression × 4 @ $30$120 Float tank × 1 @ $89$89 Massage 60-min @ $99$99 Stretch + gait @ $95$95 MetCon × 8 @ $35$280 À la carte total~$2,607/mo

The week you’d actually live

Monday

An hour with a trainer who already read your panel. Twenty minutes in the chamber. A sauna block while a coach checks back in on the cognitive piece you flagged Sunday. Wednesday: cold plunge, red light, the consult Dana scheduled off the marker that drifted. Friday: stretch, float, the room before the weekend.

The one room

One

Strength floor, recovery suite, biohacking bay, the clinical consult, the cognitive room — all under one roof, in one practice, on one schedule. No fifteen-minute drive between the panel and the protocol. No five-vendor pile-up of intake forms. One door.

The honest number

$2,607

What the same month at competitor walk-in rates costs. The WEF membership replaces that bill with a single line item, programmed by a named team. Tier pricing shared at consult — never on the public site, never on the phone before a tour.

And what’s not on the ledger

The value the math can’t price.

The $2,607 covers modalities. It does not cover what makes the modalities a practice instead of a stack.

Atlas concierge

A real coach, on call.

Twenty-four-hour SMS line to a programmed coach. Questions on a Sunday night, an injury check on a Tuesday morning, a protocol tweak on the drive home. Not available anywhere within twenty miles, at any price.

The named chain

Four people who know each other.

Imani programs the floor. Dr. Chaudhari reads the panel. Dana writes the protocol. Najla holds the cognitive room. They sit in the same building, on the same week, with the same member in mind. You cannot assemble this elsewhere.

Sequenced programming

Panel reads the training.

Lab markers inform the next block. Recovery cycles against the stress week. The cognitive piece tracks the training piece. The modalities don’t just exist — they reach each other. Five addresses cannot do this.

The room itself

183 verified reviews. 4.9 stars.

The community is the modality you can’t walk in and buy. Read the reviews below. The members who became members here mostly stayed.
