The work

The four numbers, then the lift.

Hailey’s sessions begin in the panel and end on the floor. She reads the body composition, the blood markers, the HRV, the strength baseline — and then writes the block that matches. Conditioning that doesn’t blow out recovery. Strength that doesn’t outpace tendon. The work is unhurried; the progress is the point.

Members who come in “just to lift” often end up training with Hailey because she makes the lift better — cleaner setup, calmer pacing, an eye on the small things that compound.
