Technique before load.
Travis is the coach for members who want to lift big and lift for a long time. The combination is harder than either alone — it means slowing down when the body wants to go heavy, and pressing harder when the body wants to coast. His blocks have the cadence of a powerlifting program, the bracing of one too, and the patience of a coach who’s seen ten years of progress made and unmade.
The barbell is the protagonist; technique is the plot.
