Zach’s rooms are the foundation rooms. New to the barbell. Returning after years away. Strong on the machines but unsure under load. He builds the setup, the bracing, and the cadence first, and the weight follows on its own schedule. Members who train with Zach end up surprised by how much stronger they got without ever feeling rushed.
