Lean mass, fat mass, bone density — read on a partnering body-composition scan. The strength block moves the lean-mass number quarter over quarter.
Not just a gym. A daily retreat.

Personal training at Wellness Elite Fitness is the nearest lab-anchored, evidence-based program to Webster — approximately 12 minutes via Bay Area Boulevard, serving the NASA/JSC corridor and Webster medical district. Every member begins with objective baselines: DEXA body composition, HRV assessment, and bloodwork reviewed by Dana Kantara — to establish what the body is actually doing before any session is programmed. Clinical services are available through Elite Aesthetic MD, the independent practice co-located inside the building. Sessions run on Panatta Italian plate-loaded strength equipment and Atlantis isolation machines. Members also receive two included MetCon classes weekly and access to the recovery suite. Call (832) 481-2922. Read personal training in Friendswood for the full program.
Webster is the medical capital of Houston south. HCA Clear Lake Regional anchors a corridor of specialty practices, surgery centers, imaging clinics, and physical-therapy offices that runs east along Bay Area Boulevard and north past Baybrook Mall. The professional density per square mile here is closer to a downtown corridor than a suburb. The household that lives or works in this corridor is, on average, the most clinically literate gym shopper in the metro.
What that household wants from a personal trainer is not a sales pitch. It is a program built on a framework they can audit — the cellular health panel, the DEXA body-composition number, the HRV trend, and a quarterly strength baseline — and it is recovery-suite access that runs at the same address rather than three more appointments scattered across town. The ten-minute drive south to Whispering Pines is for the resident who wants the clinical-grade integration in one building.
The lead with the Webster reader is the clinical scaffolding. Dr. Swet Chaudhari, MD serves as Medical Director of Elite Aesthetic MD and reviews the cellular health panel quarterly. Dana Kantara reads the labs in-house. The panel and the panel review are part of the membership, not an add-on, and the strength programming downstream is sequenced against the markers that come back.
The recovery suite is the second pillar. Cryotherapy, HBOT (hyperbaric oxygen therapy at 1.5 ATA), infrared sauna, float tank, PEMF, hydrogen, pneumatic compression, salt cabin, and red-light therapy — all at the same address, on a single bookable calendar, programmed against the training week rather than sold as standalone modalities. A Webster physical therapist who recommends modalities to her own patients tends to recognize the stack on the first tour.
The third pillar is the floor itself. The strength floor was built around Panatta plate-loaded selectorized strength (Italy), Atlantis selectorized stacks (Canada), and Watson dumbbells and free-weight specialty (UK), alongside Evofit cable systems and DRAX conditioning. The cueing fidelity is what makes a quarterly strength baseline meaningful as a number.

The cellular health panel Dana Kantara reads. Dr. Swet Chaudhari MD reviews it as Medical Director of Elite Aesthetic MD. Coaches program against what the labs say.
Heart-rate variability from your wearable. Session intensity shifts on the trailing seven-day trend rather than a static plan.
Quarterly retest on five movements: squat, hinge, push, pull, carry. The next quarter is written off the delta.
The clinical scaffolding is the part most members coming from Webster recognize first. The strength floor is what keeps them coming back.

One-on-one personal-training packages layer on top of the membership. Pricing surfaces at the complimentary Founder’s Coffee.
The strength floor runs twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. The recovery suite runs seven to seven daily. One-on-one sessions are bookable Monday through Saturday across early-morning, midday, and evening windows.
Webster surgeons and physicians often book a six-AM strength block before a seven-thirty surgical schedule. Nursing staff on twelve-hour shifts run the inverse — an early-afternoon session on the off day, with a sauna and a float on the back end.
Webster has serious one-on-one options. OTG Fitness Webster, Deon’s SuperFit, Nxt Lvl PT, and the various studios along Bay Area Boulevard each run a credible operation. The high-volume membership clubs along the corridor staff trainers on the floor.
None of those operators runs the full recovery suite, the in-house cellular health lab, the Medical Director of Elite Aesthetic MD review, or a coaching bench that programs against quarterly blood panels and DEXA. None of them sources Panatta, Atlantis, and Watson at the same address.
If your training answer is a credible hour with a coach, the closer studios will move a number. If your answer is the clinical-grade integration — panel-driven programming, the recovery suite calendar, and an audited framework — the ten-minute drive south is the rational choice.
Every new member begins with a Founder’s Coffee. The conversation walks through the four numbers and frames a programmed quarter. Imani meets every new member at this session personally. The session is complimentary. Pricing surfaces in the room.

Yes. The framework — cellular health panel, Medical Director of Elite Aesthetic MD review, DEXA coordination, HRV integration, quarterly strength baseline — is built in language a clinical reader recognizes.
Each runs a credible one-on-one operation. WEF is a different category — an integrated program with a recovery suite, evidence-based lab-driven programming by licensed personal trainers, and a strength floor built around Panatta, Atlantis, and Watson.
Recovery suite access is included with WEF membership by appointment. Personal-training packages layer on top.

Personal training at WEF is identity-led. The coach who reads your panel, programs your block, and is on the floor with you on Tuesday morning is named, here.
Each member's PT is matched to a coach by training history, goals, and panel read — not by who's on the floor at 6 AM.
Twenty minutes. No pressure. Read your panel, sketch a block, decide if the fit is right.

Strength is one chapter. Recovery, longevity, and nutrition are the others — programmed by the same team, in the same room.
