The corporate pipeline, owned.
Director of Corporate Wellness · Houston-South Employer Programs
John owns the WEF B2B + executive-cohort pipeline. The named point of contact through every engagement — scope, proposal, contract, launch.
The role
Director of Corporate Wellness.
John is the named operator of corporate wellness at Wellness Elite Fitness. Every employer program runs through his chair: executive health bundles for the C-suite, group memberships at preferred rates, on-site activations and biohacking days, cellular health cohorts for high-performance teams. The corporate program at WEF starts with a conversation with John, not a brochure download.
He scopes the program against the employer's actual structure and headcount, drafts the written proposal, handles the contracting, and remains the point of contact through the engagement. The discovery call is thirty minutes; the proposal that follows is shaped around what the company is actually trying to accomplish.
Programs he runs
Four engagement shapes.
- I.Executive Health Bundles — annual lab panel + DEXA + VO₂ / RMR + cellular consult with Dana + recovery suite access for senior leadership.
- II.Group Memberships — volume-based preferred pricing, unified billing, tier flexibility per employee, optional employer subsidy structure.
- III.On-Site Activations — biohacking days, recovery weeks, executive offsites; WEF travels to the employer or the employer travels to WEF.
- IV.Cellular Health Cohorts — lab-driven prevention programs designed by Dana Kantara; quarterly protocol adjustment; outcomes report to HR.

Geography
Houston-south employer programs.
WEF serves employers in Pearland, Friendswood, League City, Webster, Clear Lake, NASA / Johnson Space Center, the southern edge of the Texas Medical Center commute, and downtown Houston. On-site activations travel to the employer where headcount and distance warrant it; cohort programming and group memberships flow to the flagship facility in Friendswood.
Common questions
Frequently asked.
What's the smallest engagement John takes?
Three or more employees enrolling together unlock the WEF group rate (15% off the tier). Below that, executive bundles for individual senior leaders. There's no rigid minimum — the conversation determines the right shape.
How is corporate pricing structured?
WEF does not publish corporate pricing on the website. Programs are scoped after a discovery call with John; pricing reflects headcount, program shape, on-site components, and term. Group memberships off the standard tier ladder receive a published 15% group discount.
Are services HSA / FSA / HRA eligible?
Many WEF services may be HSA / FSA eligible with physician guidance — eligibility varies by plan, employer contract, and the specific service. WEF assists with documentation. WEF is a wellness center, not a medical provider; insurance reimbursement is not part of the model.
What's the typical timeline?
Two weeks for a focused executive bundle, four to six weeks for a workforce group membership program, six to ten weeks for a full cellular health cohort. John builds the timeline into the proposal.
