The drive

Ten minutes from Bay Oaks.

From Bay Oaks Country Club at 14545 Bay Oaks Boulevard, the fastest route to Wellness Elite Fitness runs Bay Area Boulevard west to El Camino Real, then south to FM-518 and west to Whispering Pines. The trip averages ten to fifteen minutes outside of school-zone traffic. From Nassau Bay and Taylor Lake Village, the route adds three or four minutes via NASA Parkway. From El Lago the same. From Seabrook, the trip runs eighteen to twenty-five via NASA Parkway. The chamber and the recovery suite are calibrated by 8am and most members from the Bay Area corridor book the first or second slot of the morning.

The program

One room, every modality.

WEF is not a recovery boutique and not a regular gym. It is a social wellness club that programs strength, recovery, diagnostics, and six licensed in-house massage modalities as one club - not as separate services with separate front desks. An on-site medical practice, Elite Aesthetic MD, sits in the same building for clinical screening, IV, and prescription work, billed separately. Members from Bay Oaks come for cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen, the cold plunge, the infrared and Finnish dry saunas, red light therapy (photobiomodulation), IV drips through Elite Aesthetic MD adjacent, and one-to-one personal training. The point is the integration: the modalities sequence against each other, the coach knows what the chamber did yesterday, and the biomarker panel actually informs the week.

Who we serve

From the country club, from the lake, from the Center.

The Bay Oaks and Clear Lake City membership leans toward aerospace and energy leadership, physicians who work the Bay Area Boulevard corridor, business owners across Nassau Bay and El Lago, and members who want the recovery suite without the chain-gym waiting room. Johnson Space Center engineers, BP America leadership, and the broader Clear Lake professional class are core. The common thread is that the modalities are wanted, not curiosities - members come knowing why cold plunge is different from cryo and why dry sauna at 90C is not interchangeable with infrared.

The physician

Dr. Chaudhari, MD.

Every recovery modality at WEF is reviewed by Dr. Swet Chaudhari, MD - double board-certified plastic surgeon and Medical Director of Elite Aesthetic MD. The intake conversation covers cardiovascular history, medications, surgical history, sleep, and goals. Screening matters. Cryotherapy, HBOT, cold plunge, sauna - each has a small list of conditions that warrant a pause-and-reassess conversation before the first session. Dr. Chaudhari handles that conversation in person.

The recovery suite

What members actually use.

Most members from the Bay Oaks corridor build a forty-five-to-sixty-minute recovery block into the same visit as a coach session. A common sequence: a strength session, a brief red-light block, infrared sauna for twenty-five minutes, cold plunge for two-to-three. Or for the longevity-anchored member: a dry-sauna and plunge contrast practice on Tuesday and Thursday, HBOT on Friday, training Monday-Wednesday-Saturday. We program against the week, not the day.
