The Clear Lake City members on the floor are mostly aerospace — the engineers, scientists, and contractors who work at NASA Johnson Space Center on its 1,620-acre, ~100-building campus, the prime-contractor staff stacked along the Saturn Lane and Bay Area Boulevard corridor, the operators and program managers at Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and Jacobs. The second lane is healthcare — Houston Methodist Clear Lake clinicians, HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake leadership, the UTMB Health Clear Lake Campus (on the former Bay Area Regional Medical Center site) faculty network. The third is the founders and senior leaders living off Bay Area Boulevard who want strength, recovery, and bloodwork programmed as one program, not three. The Panatta plate-loaded platform, the Atlantis selectorized line, and the Watson specialty bench are not on the floor at the Clear Lake gyms. Neither is the integrated DEXA + 49-marker cellular health panel that Dana Kantara reads. Neither is Elite Aesthetic MD, the independent medical practice of Dr. Swet Chaudhari, MD, located inside the Wellness Elite Fitness building. From Johnson Space Center: NASA Pkwy / FM 528 (formerly NASA Rd 1) west to FM 518, then west about six miles. Right turn on Whispering Pines Avenue. On-site parking is steps from the entrance. Plan 15 to 20 minutes off-peak.
From Bay Area Boulevard: take Bay Area Boulevard south to FM 528 west — 15 to 20 minutes off-peak; commute-window times run 1.5–2× off-peak.
From UHCL: NASA Pkwy / FM 528 west, then onto FM 518 — 15 to 20 minutes off-peak.
