How It Works · The Membership Walkthrough

The choreography of the practice.

A wellness center is a sequence, not a list. What happens between tapping Join Now and seeing the first quarterly trendline — the seven steps WEF runs every member through, in order.

Most gyms sell access. WEF sells a programmed sequence — consult, baseline, the first block, the quarterly re-test, the annual review — and the practice that holds it together. The work is in the cadence; the cadence is built once, then maintained.

Below is the choreography — what happens, in what order, with whom. Read it before the consult so you arrive with the right expectation; reference it after enrollment so you know what week three is supposed to feel like. The steps are not optional rituals. They are the architecture that makes the practice compound.

I.
Day 1 · The Inquiry

The Consult.

A thirty-minute conversation with the WEF intake lead — usually Imani when she is on the floor. Your goals, your training history, the question you walked in with. There is no commission-based sales role at WEF; the consult is finding fit, not selling tier. We end with a tier recommendation grounded in the conversation, never an upsell.

Day 1–3 · The Visit

The Tour.

Walk the floor with whoever is on. See the Panatta + Atlantis + Watson strength floor. See the recovery suite — HBOT, cryo, infrared sauna, cold plunge, red light, PEMF, compression, float. See the consult room. Meet two coaches and shake the doctor's hand if he is in. The tour is the moment the brochure becomes a place.

Week 1–2 · Baseline Labs

The Panel.

Lab panel ordered by Dr. Swet Chaudhari, MD through his separate licensed practice, Elite Aesthetic MD. CBC, CMP, full thyroid axis, sex hormones (testosterone total + free + SHBG, estrogens, progesterone, DHEA), inflammation (CRP), advanced lipids, vitamin D, iron status. Diamond and Diamond Plus members on the longevity track add the cellular health intake with Dana Kantara.

Week 1–2 · Body Composition + Metabolic Baseline

The Trendline.

DEXA scan — lean mass, visceral fat, bone density — at WEF or at our partner DexaFit Clear Lake. $99 member rate; complimentary quarterly for Diamond. VO₂ max and RMR testing on the CardioCoach by Korr Medical — the FDA-cleared metabolic analyzer that returns the real numbers, not wearable estimates. This is the data the next decade gets programmed against.

Week 2–3 · Programming

The First Block.

Your trainer reads the panel, the DEXA, the VO₂, the conversation from the consult — and writes the first block. Strength architecture against your lean-mass profile. Recovery cadence sequenced against the training load. Nutrition framing against your real RMR, not a population estimate. Atlas SMS concierge holds the schedule and answers questions on the line where you actually are.

Day 30 · The Check-In

The First 30 Days.

Two MetCon classes per week. Recovery suite by tier (cryo at minimum, HBOT and IV starting Diamond). Weekly Atlas check-ins. First follow-up consult with the bench at day 30 — the block adjusts based on what's working and what's not, before bad patterns calcify. The compounding starts here.

Quarter 1 & beyond

Re-Test & Annual Review.

Quarterly DEXA + VO₂ / RMR for Diamond members — complimentary, on the schedule. Quarterly Dana cellular consult on Diamond, monthly on Diamond Plus. Annual physician review with Dr. Chaudhari for the longevity-track cohort. The trendline accumulates. The numbers compound. The practice does not drift, because the data does not let it.

The premise

A wellness center is a sequence, not a list.

Most gyms sell access. WEF sells the seven steps above — programmed in order, paced against your physiology, held by a small named practice. The members who use it well treat their thirties, forties, fifties, and sixties as the part of life that compounds.

Frequently asked

About the arc.

How long from inquiry to active membership?

Two weeks is the common pace. Consult and tour can happen the same week as the inquiry; baseline labs and DEXA are scheduled within the first ten days; programming begins as soon as the baseline data is in. The arc is paced for compounding, not marketing speed.

Do I have to do all seven steps?

Gold and Platinum members generally do steps 1, 2, 5, 6 — consult, tour, programming, first thirty days. Steps 3, 4, 7 — baseline labs, DEXA / VO₂, quarterly re-test — are scoped to Diamond and Diamond Plus where the data work compounds. Members can scope diagnostic services à la carte at any tier.

Who runs the consult?

Imani Lowery, the founder, meets every new member at the consult when she is on the floor. Otherwise the WEF intake lead handles it. There is no commission-based sales role at WEF — the consult is finding fit.

What if my labs flag something clinical?

Any clinical finding routes to Dr. Swet Chaudhari, MD through his separate medical practice — Elite Aesthetic MD. WEF is a wellness center, not a medical provider; the line is honest. Members continue wellness work at WEF while clinical care happens at EAMD.

What does the quarterly re-test actually measure?

DEXA for body composition (lean mass, visceral fat, bone density), VO₂ max + RMR on the CardioCoach by Korr Medical. Together they give a quarterly trendline no wearable estimates accurately.

Where do these steps physically happen?

Consult, tour, programming, recovery, MetCon, and most diagnostics happen at 104 Whispering Pines Ave, Friendswood, TX 77546. Lab panels signed by Dr. Chaudhari are processed at the standard CLIA-certified lab the practice uses; results route back into the WEF chart. DEXA can be at WEF or our partner DexaFit Clear Lake.
