From League City to Whispering Pines.
From League City Town Center: take FM 518 (Broadway St) west about four miles, the cross-corridor route — not I-45. The road bends through Friendswood. Right turn on Whispering Pines Avenue. On-site parking is steps from the entrance. Plan about 15 minutes off-peak.
From South Shore Harbour: north toward FM 518, then west — 15 to 20 minutes off-peak; commute-window times run 1.5–2× off-peak.
From Tuscan Lakes: FM 518 west is the cleanest run — about 15 minutes door-to-door off-peak.
