Houston’s south-side private longevity clinic.
A short drive from south Houston, the Texas Medical Center corridor, and the Pearland / Clear Lake metros. The full WEF strength floor, recovery suite, and longevity stack — programmed as one practice.
Wellness Elite Fitness offers longevity programming in the Houston area, designed under the protocol oversight of Dr. Swet Chaudhari, MD, and anchored in peer-reviewed research on hormones, peptides, and advanced biomarker analysis. The kind of person who invests here treats longevity as a discipline, not a destination.

- Infrared sauna & red light therapy — longevity-protocol modalities, dosed weekly.
- PEMF therapy — pulsed electromagnetic field, for inflammation and recovery.
- Pneumatic compression — lymphatic and recovery-stack work.
- Hydrogen therapy — molecular hydrogen for selective oxidative stress reduction.

Complementary, not a substitute.
Most longevity care in Houston divides into two camps. A hospital diagnostic happens twice a year and tells you where you are. A concierge longevity practice writes the prescription. Both are useful. Neither is the daily layer underneath — the strength block, the recovery suite, the biomarker carry-forward between panels — that determines whether the diagnostic ever moves.
Wellness Elite Fitness is that daily layer. We are not a substitute for your physician’s executive panel or your concierge longevity program; we are the practice that runs between them. Your panel tells you what to work on. The four-to-six visits a week here are how the work gets done.
If your physician has already written you a longevity protocol, send it; Dr. Chaudhari and the team will program around it. If you don’t have one yet, the consult starts a baseline panel of your own.
Named oversight, not anonymous.
Wellness Elite Fitness is physician-advised by Dr. Swet Chaudhari, MD — board-certified in plastic surgery and general surgery, and the owner of Elite Aesthetic MD, the medical practice adjacent to the WEF floor. Dr. Chaudhari reviews protocols, signs off on member panels, and is named on the page for a reason: in the Houston longevity-clinic SERP, most facilities don’t name a physician at all. That isn’t a small detail; it’s the difference between a brand and a practice.
Cellular-health programming is led by Dana Kantara, our cellular-health specialist, and integrates with the strength and recovery programming the rest of the team runs. Behavioral wellness is led by Najla Crawford, LPC. Corporate longevity (EWCP B2B) is led by John Uresti.
Medical-side work members opt into — biomarker panels, hormone evaluation, IV therapy — is delivered through Elite Aesthetic MD, Dr. Chaudhari’s separate medical practice that sits adjacent to WEF. The two practices are deliberately structured as separate businesses; what members experience is an integrated continuum. WEF itself is a wellness facility, not a medical provider.
EWCP — Evidence-Based Wellness and Cellular Performance.
EWCP is the framework members run inside. Five pillars, fifteen markers, one composite score that updates daily. It’s the same language Dr. Chaudhari uses in panel reviews and the same language the Bioneer Score — our daily-updated 0–100 longevity composite — is built on.
Cardiovascular
Resting HR, HRV, systolic BP.
Metabolic
Visceral fat, HbA1c, fasting glucose.
Movement
Steps, VO₂ max, posture.
Recovery
Sleep duration, deep sleep, recovery sessions.
Resilience
Perceived stress, supplement adherence, visits.
The Bioneer Score reads the markers, weights them, and updates daily. Members see the composite, the contributors, what moved, and why. The score isn’t the product; it’s the dashboard for the practice.
From consult to quarterly re-test.
The membership is not a class card. It’s a structured arc that begins with a consult and a biomarker baseline, programs the next 90 days against the member’s actual numbers, and re-evaluates against a quarterly panel. The recovery modalities — HBOT, cryotherapy, sauna, cold plunge, red light, PEMF, IV — are not stand-alone purchases; they’re tools the practice draws from based on what the panel says.
For the full seven-step arc, see how it works. For what the membership replaces, see the value breakdown — the à-la-carte version of the longevity stack is usually several thousand a month before the strength floor.
“My hospital does the panel twice a year. WEF is what happens between them. Six months in, my HRV is up, my visceral fat is down, and I can tell the panel is going to read differently this time before it does.”A WEF member · Houston
The longevity stack, membered.
A modality on its own is a session. The stack — HBOT, cryotherapy, sauna, IV, red light, strength, recovery, biomarkers — sequenced as one practice is what compounds. Membership unlocks the stack. The consult finds the right tier.
“Their wellness area is beyond phenomenal. They have a sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy, and float therapy.”
