"IV protocols only earn their place when the panel, the symptoms, and the conversation agree. We screen every member before the first drip and adjust against quarterly labs — the cadence and the indication matter more than the bag itself."

The menu

What we actually drip.

Every IV protocol at Wellness Elite is physician-screened before the first session. Cardiovascular, renal, and medication history is reviewed; allergy and electrolyte history is confirmed. We do not mix to-order without that step. The drips below are the standing menu.

Physician oversight

What that actually means.

Physician oversight is not a marketing line at Wellness Elite. Dr. Swet Chaudhari, MD, Double Board-Certified, reviews every new member's history before any IV protocol begins. He flags contraindications, watches for medication interactions, and adjusts protocols when labs change. The IV menu is not the answer to every recovery question; the cadence and the indication matter more than the bag itself.

Medical services

Every prescription-based, hormone, peptide, GLP-1, and IV-clinical protocol delivered at Wellness Elite Fitness is provided by Dr. Swet Chaudhari, MD through Elite Aesthetic MD, the adjacent medical practice he owns. Wellness Elite is the wellness facility; Elite Aesthetic MD is the licensed medical practice that delivers the medical layer of care.

Who it is not for

The honest contraindications.

Pregnancy, severe kidney disease, certain heart-failure protocols, active infections, and a small list of medication classes warrant a conversation with your physician before starting any IV protocol. Glutathione and high-dose vitamin C interact with specific drug classes and should not be infused without that review.

Common questions

Frequently asked.

How long does a session take?

30 to 60 minutes for hydration and Myers; 45 minutes for athletic recovery; 1 to 4 hours for NAD+ depending on dose.

Is IV therapy covered by insurance?

Most elective IV therapy is paid out-of-pocket. HSA/FSA eligibility is plan-dependent. We provide receipts on request.

What does NAD+ actually do?

NAD+ is a coenzyme in cellular energy and DNA-repair pathways. Levels decline with age. The clinical literature is still maturing; we use it where the panel and the conversation agree, not universally.

Can I do IV therapy on GLP-1 medication?

Yes - hydration and electrolyte drips often help. GLP-1 prescription itself is delivered through Elite Aesthetic MD; we coordinate the support side at Wellness Elite under Dr. Chaudhari's review.

Where can I find IV therapy in Friendswood, TX?
