Postural assessment, corrective exercise, and movement-pattern work integrated with the strength floor. Sequenced with NeuroMD, massage, and assisted stretch for an alignment practice that compounds.
Posture is not a problem the strength floor solves on its own. We deliver a structured assessment of mobility, breathing pattern, and standing alignment, then program corrective work that sits inside the regular training week. NeuroMD covers the under-recruiting muscles; assisted stretch covers the under-mobile joints; the strength block holds the standard.
The output is not a prescription — it is a sequenced cadence. Members on the posture program review with their coach quarterly, with the cellular health panel and DEXA folded in to track real change rather than perceived change.
Three patterns dominate. Members in long sedentary work weeks who feel the lower back and shoulder pattern tighten. Athletes whose performance plateaus traced back to mobility limits, not strength limits. Members coming back from injury where the strength block alone is not enough.
Posture work pairs with NeuroMD (targeted activation), assisted stretch (mobility), the strength floor (load), and the recovery suite (parasympathetic balance). We program the whole circuit at consult.
"Six months of the posture work plus the strength block did what twelve years of half-attempted yoga did not. The lower-back complaint is gone."A WEF member
A structured assessment of mobility, breathing pattern, and standing alignment, paired with corrective exercise programmed alongside your strength block and recovery suite.
Yoga and stretching are tools, not a programmed system. We sequence them with NeuroMD activation, assisted stretch, strength, and panel review so the practice compounds across the year.
Twice a week is the cadence we program for most members on a posture arc — one session as part of the strength warm-up, one as a dedicated mobility block. Plus assisted stretch every 2 to 3 weeks.
The posture program is integrated into membership. Day-pass visitors interested in a posture consult should book a tour and we can scope from there.
No. Energy and posture work at Wellness Elite Fitness is a wellness practice. Members with clinical indications — injury, chronic pain, post-surgical — are referred to their physician or to our chiropractic partner Weiss Dynamic Chiropractic.
A private tour of the recovery suite, the strength floor, and the consult room. No session required.
