The practice
What NAD+ actually does.
NAD+ - nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide - is a coenzyme involved in cellular energy production, DNA-repair signaling, and the activity of sirtuin enzymes implicated in longevity research. Levels decline measurably with age. The clinical literature on NAD+ supplementation is evolving; precursor pathways (NMN, NR) are better-studied than direct IV NAD+ at this stage.
We treat NAD+ as a longevity-adjacent protocol used selectively. Members whose panels indicate suboptimal cellular energy markers, members coming off heavy travel or training blocks, and members on a structured longevity plan get the protocol after physician review. We do not run it on demand for anyone who walks in.
Dose + duration
How a session runs.
250mg drips run roughly 60 minutes; 500mg drips run 90 to 120 minutes; 1000mg drips run 2 to 4 hours and are programmed only for members on a sustained protocol. Members report a flushing, tightness, or warm sensation during the drip - a known and reversible effect that subsides when the rate is slowed.
Who NAD+ helps most
The indications we use.
Members on a structured longevity plan, members rebuilding from heavy travel or training, members whose cellular health panel surfaces specific markers. Not everyone needs NAD+. We do not pretend otherwise.
"I was the most skeptical person in the room. After three sessions paced over six weeks the only thing I noticed was that my recovery from the strength block compressed. Could be many things; the panel said NAD was one of them."A WEF member
Common questions
Frequently asked.
What does NAD+ IV therapy do?
NAD+ supports cellular energy production and DNA-repair signaling. The clinical literature is still maturing. We use it as a longevity-adjacent protocol selectively, after physician review.
How long does a NAD+ drip take?
60 minutes for 250mg, 90-120 minutes for 500mg, 2-4 hours for 1000mg. The drip rate is slowed if flushing or warmth becomes uncomfortable.
Is NAD+ IV safe?
Generally well-tolerated when properly screened. Pregnancy, severe kidney disease, and certain medications are screening points.
NAD+ vs NMN or NR oral supplements?
Different routes, different bioavailability profiles. The oral precursors (NMN, NR) have a stronger trial base; direct IV NAD+ is more rapid but the human evidence is still maturing. We discuss the trade-offs in consult.
