The Recovery Suite · One Membership, the Whole Stack

The recovery suite in Friendswood, TX.

Cryotherapy, IV therapy, infrared sauna, and the full recovery stack — under one physician-advised membership, sequenced into a single coherent practice. Not ten studios. One suite, programmed against your training week.

The difference

Why the integration is the product.

The recovery economy in the Bay Area corridor has been built around single rooms. A cryotherapy studio sells cold by the session. A drip bar sells a bag. A sauna lounge sells heat. Each is fine on its own — and each leaves the most important question unanswered: in what order, at what cadence, against what training, for what goal?

Wellness Elite Fitness in Friendswood answers that question with a recovery suite rather than a recovery menu. Cryotherapy, IV therapy, infrared sauna, hyperbaric oxygen, float, PEMF, red-light, compression, hydrogen, and a salt cabin all live under one roof and one membership — and they are sequenced together. Cold for the acute hormetic signal. Heat for the adaptation load. IV support where the panel and the conversation agree. HBOT and red-light for tissue work. Each timed against the others and against the strength block, with physician oversight for applicable services. That is what a national single-modality chain cannot replicate from a strip-mall room: not a tool, a practice.

The stack

What lives in the suite.

Every modality below is on the floor at Friendswood and programmed as a component of a coherent recovery week — not booked at random.

Physician-advised

What oversight actually means here.

Physician oversight at Wellness Elite Fitness is not a marketing line. Dr. Swet Chaudhari, MD serves as Medical Advisor and reviews the applicable services in the suite — IV therapy and other clinical-adjacent protocols are screened before the first session for contraindications and medication interactions. The recovery plan is reviewed against your goals and any quarterly markers, and adjusted as those change.

Medical services

Wellness Elite Fitness is a wellness facility. The prescription-based, hormone, peptide, GLP-1 and IV-clinical layer of care is delivered by Dr. Swet Chaudhari, MD through Elite Aesthetic MD, the adjacent licensed medical practice owned by Dr. Chaudhari. The recovery suite is programmed with that oversight, under physician advice for the applicable services.

How it sequences

A recovery week, not a drop-in.

The argument for the suite is the sequence. Cold and heat are not interchangeable, and neither is a substitute for an IV or an HBOT session. Used in isolation, each is a stand-alone amenity. Sequenced — cold timed within hours of a heavy strength block, heat used on the adaptation days, IV support where the panel indicates, compression and PEMF on the legs after endurance work, float and salt for the parasympathetic down-shift — they compound. A single-modality studio, by definition, can only ever sell you one piece of that week.

Who it serves

Friendswood, Clear Lake & the NASA-JSC corridor.

The suite serves the executives, professionals, and serious trainers of Friendswood, Clear Lake, Webster, League City, and the NASA-JSC corridor — people who would otherwise drive between a cryotherapy studio, a drip bar, and a sauna lounge to assemble what one membership at Wellness Elite Fitness already sequences. One address: 104 Whispering Pines Ave, Friendswood, TX 77546.

Common questions

Frequently asked.

What is the recovery suite at Wellness Elite Fitness?

An integrated set of recovery modalities — whole-body cryotherapy, IV therapy, infrared sauna, HBOT, float, PEMF, red-light, compression, hydrogen and a salt cabin — under one membership and sequenced as a coherent practice, with physician oversight for the applicable services.

How is this different from a cryotherapy studio or an IV drip bar?

A single-modality studio sells one tool by the session. The recovery suite puts the full stack under one membership and sequences it — cold for the acute signal, sauna for the heat load, IV for targeted support, HBOT and red-light for tissue work — each timed against the others and against your training. One membership, one plan, physician-advised where applicable.

Which recovery modalities are available?

Whole-body cryotherapy, IV therapy, infrared sauna, hyperbaric oxygen (HBOT), float tank, PEMF, red-light therapy, compression therapy, hydrogen inhalation, and a salt cabin — programmed as one practice rather than a menu of disconnected add-ons.

Do I need a membership, or can I drop in for a single session?

The suite is part of Wellness Elite Fitness membership — the integration is the product. Tiers (Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Diamond Plus) determine cadence and inclusion; the consult finds the right tier. Day passes are gym-floor only and do not include the recovery suite.

Is the recovery suite physician-advised?

Yes. Dr. Swet Chaudhari, MD serves as Medical Advisor and provides physician oversight for applicable services; IV and clinical-adjacent protocols are screened before the first session. The medical layer of care is delivered through Elite Aesthetic MD, the adjacent licensed medical practice.

Should I do hot or cold first?

It depends on the goal. For acute recovery after a heavy block we often lead with cold; for adaptation and circulation work we lead with infrared heat and follow with cold for the contrast response. Because the whole stack lives in one suite, the order is programmed deliberately.

Where is the recovery suite located?
